What is a good day?

A good day is when all your priority habits are done — even at their floor version. Bonus habits never ruin a day.

What is a floor version?

Every priority habit has a full version and a floor version. On a hard day, hitting the floor still counts and keeps your streak alive.

How do streak freezes work?

You earn a freeze every 30 days of a streak. A freeze protects your streak on a day you miss, so life happening doesn't reset your progress.

How do I restore a purchase?

Go to Profile → Subscription → Restore purchase. Your Pro access is tied to your Apple ID.

How do I export or back up my data?

Profile → Backup & sync → Export all data. Your habits and history download as a file you can keep or restore later.
